浅谈以舌辨证的临床应用价值

摘　　要：文章探讨以舌辨证的临床应用价值。笔者认为,在临床诊治疾病时,应结合舌诊进行中医辨证,参照舌象指导治疗用药。通过临床观察,不同颜色的舌苔,不同颜色的舌质所反映的疾病情况各有不同,根据舌象变化对指导临床诊断,防病治病有一定的参考作用,以舌辨证运用于临床有良好的实用效果。文章举例4则病案供同道以飨。This paper aims to explore the clinical application value of syndrome differentiation according to tongue.The authors believe that the syndrome differentiation and clinical medication should refer to the tongue diagnosis in clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.Through clinical observation,it is found that the different colors of the fur tongue nature reflected the disease conditions are different,therefore,changes in the tongue have a reference role to guide the clinical diagnosis,disease prevention and treatment,and the application effect of syndrome differentiation according to tongue in clinic is good.Examples of 4 cases are listed in this article to share with the fellows.
