浅谈尤昭玲教授体外受精-胚胎移植中医调治诊疗框架与策略

摘　　要：文章阐述了尤昭玲教授在体外受精-胚胎移植应用中医调治诊疗框架与策略。近期辅治方案框架为三期三法长方案将体外受精-胚胎移植过程分为降调期、促排卵期及移植后期,根据各期的临床特点,除采用相应的中药口服外,还配合耳穴贴疗及药膳饮食,3种方法同时治疗,加强辅治的功效,为体外受精-胚胎移植的中医辅助治疗提供了新的思路和方法。This paper introduced professor YOU Zhao-ling in vitro fertilization and embryo transfor（IVF-ET） with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment framework and strategy.The auxiliary therapeutic program framework for the three period of the three long scheme of IVF-ET process is divided into falling period,ovulation period and post transplantation.According to the features of each stage,period and various intractable diseases,in addition to Chinese medicine,also combined with adjuvant therapy of ear acupuncture and medicated diets.The 3 kinds of methods and treatment strengthen the auxiliary the efficacy of treating and will provide the new ideas and method for TCM adjuvant therapy of IVF-ET.
