开窍类中药促透及透皮吸收的研究概况

摘　　要：天然透皮吸收促进剂具有起效快、效果好、不良反应小、无污染等优点,以开窍药为典型,其经皮给药系统治疗具有显著的疗效。开窍类中药有效成分不仅本身能够透过皮肤而被吸收发挥作用,也可作为药物的促透剂促进药物的吸收增加疗效。文章就透皮吸收机制,开窍药实验研究等内容做一综述,以期为后续关于透皮吸收的研究和中药透皮给药系统新剂型的研究提供参考,进而促进中药透皮吸收制剂的发展。Natural penetration enhancers have rapid onset of effect,with few sideeffects,pollution-free,etc.Resuscitation drugs are typical among traditional Chinese medicine,its transdermal therapeutic system administration showes a significant effect.The effective component of resuscitation medicine itself can not only be absorbed penetrate through skin,but also be used as a penetration enhancers to promote the absorption of drugs,and thus play a therapeutic effect.In this paper,research progress on the absorption of resuscitation drugs in order to provide reference for the subsequent study of transdermal absorption and new forms of Chinese herbal transdermal drug delivery systems.It is informed that transdermal drug delivery preparation has a bright prospect of development.
