痹祺胶囊配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨痹祺胶囊配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:将180例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为3组,每组各60例。A组口服痹祺胶囊每次4粒,每天3次,同时配合针刺治疗,每日1次,每次留针30min;B组口服痹祺胶囊4粒,每日3次治疗;C组采用与A组相同的针刺治疗,每日1次,每次留针30min。3组均以4周为1个疗程,分别对1、2、4周的疗效进行观察。结果:A组与B、C组治疗1、2、4周后疼痛积分值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时A组疗效明显优于B、C组。结论:痹祺胶囊配合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective：To discuss the curative effect on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis by Biqi Capsule combined with acupuncture.Methods：One hundred and eighty patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into three groups,60 in each one.Group A was treated with Biqi Capsule,4 pills one time,3 times a day,combine with one-time acupuncture for 30min;Group B was treated with Biqi Capsule,4 pills of Bi Qi Capsule one time,3 times a day;Group C was treated with acupuncture,the same with group A,30 min each time,once a day.Four weeks as a course,and the treatment eflicacy of 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks were observed,respectively.Results：There is a significant difference between Group A and Grpup B,C on pain scores of 1,2-and 4-week treatment（P〈0.01）.The curative effect of group A was obviously better than Group B and C.Conclusion：The curative effect of the treatment on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis by Biqi Capsule and acupuncture is significant,worthy of being generalized.
