清肝养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘长期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝养肺方治疗小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘的远期疗效。方法:将89例患儿按随机数字表法分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,经1个疗程(4个月)治疗后,比较其临床症状、体征和肺功能指标FEV1和PEFR,并在停药36个月以后,再次观察其临床症状、体征和肺功能指标FEV1和PEFR,并分别进行组间比较。结果:中药治疗组在停药时总疗效均优于西药对照组,其反映肺功能的主要指标FEV1及PEFR,中药治疗组优于西药对照组(P<0.05);在停药36月后中药治疗组总疗效仍然优于西药对照组,其FEV1及PEFR仍优于西药对照组(P<0.05);而西药对照组在停药36月后疗效明显降低,肺功能主要指标FEV1及PEFR下降(P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明中药养阴清肺方对小儿激素吸入不敏感哮喘的疗效较好,并有较好的长期疗效,其即时疗效不仅优于西药对照组且有较好而稳定的长期疗效。Objective：To observe the long-term clinic effect of Qinggan Yangfei Formula in treating children asthma insensitive to steroid.Methods：Eighty-nine patients were randomly divide into TCM group and western medicine group.After a course of four-month treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical signs,and FEV_1 and PEFR,the indexes of pulmonary functions were compared.After 36 months,those items them between the two groups were observed again.Results：TCM group was better than the control group and the western medicine group,in FEV_1 and PEFR,which reflected the main indexes of lung functions in asthma patients,and the total efficacy at the end of treatment.There was a distinct difference in statistics（P〈0.05）.After 36 months,the main indexes,FEV_1 and PEFR,decreased in the control group in statistically significant difference（P0.05）.The TCM group still was better than the control group in FEV_1 and PEFR,and total efficacy（P0.05）.Conclusion：The study suggests that Qinggan Yangfei Formula has a better curative effect on children with steroid inhalation insensitive asthma,in addition,it has a better long-term efficacy,and the immediate effect is also better than the western medicine group.The efficacy is stable and persistent.
