疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床治疗效果。方法:将本院2014年8月-2015年11月收治的急性化脓性中耳炎患者120例按就诊时间随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各60例。对照组予阿奇霉素等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上使用疏风解毒胶囊治疗,疗程14d。观察两组患者的的临床治疗效果、病原菌清除率等。结果:治疗14d后,治疗组临床有效率为96.7%,对照组为85.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病原菌清除率治疗组为95.5%,对照组为82.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊联合阿奇霉素等治疗急性化脓性中耳炎疗效确切,能提高临床治疗效果,促进病原菌的清除。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of patients with acute suppurative otitis media treated in the hospital from August,2010 to November,2015 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Azithromycin treatment,the treatment group was treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of control group,all patients were treated for 14 days.To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups and pathogen clearance.Results：The total effective rate was 96.7%in treatment group,85.0%in the control group,the difference between groups was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Pathogen clearance was 95.5%in the treatment group,which was better than 82.8%in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shufeng Jiedu Capsule with Azithromycin could promote acute suppurative otitis media recovery,and the removal of the pathogen,and improve the clinical curative effect.
