摘 要:为了验证发电机能够承受安全停堆地震(SSE)载荷,并保持其结构完整性和功能完整性,采用有限元法,对某核电站柴油机辅助给水泵用的1E级发电机进行抗震计算分析。利用前后处理软件PATRAN建立了发电机的力学模型,利用有限元分析软件NASTRAN进行了结构的静力分析、模态分析和地震响应分析,依据设计规范对结构在重力、操作载荷、地震等多种载荷组合下的应力、位移进行评定。结果表明:该发电机的结构设计满足规范要求。Finite element method was adopted to analyze the seismic performance of a 1E class power generator for the diesel engine-driven auxiliary feed pump in a certain nuclear power plant, so as to verify that the power generator can withstand SSE load and maintain its structural and functional integrities. A mechanical model was built for the generator based on pre- and post-treatment software PATRAN, while static mechanical analysis, modal analysis as well as seismic response analysis of the structure were then carried out via finite element analysis software NASTRAN. According to the design specifications, structural stress and displacement were evaluated under various load combinations, such as the gravity, operating load, earthquake load and so on. Results show that the structural design of the power generator satisfies the requirements of relevant standards.
