闽产钩吻适宜采收期研究

摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定不同采收期钩吻中钩吻素子的含量,比较药材折干率和醇溶性浸出物的得率,确定闽产钩吻的适宜采收期.研究结果表明闽产钩吻素子含量高峰期为7—8月,其次在9—10月;折干率在7—10月为高峰期,醇溶性浸出物在7—10月含量较高.闽产野生钩吻的适宜采收期为7—10月.HPLC is used to compare the content of koumine from different time of the collection, and the drying rate , alcohol-soluble extract content are tested to study the suitable harvest time of Gelsernium elegans in Fujian province. The results of the study show that the periods of peak content of koumine is from June to August, the maximum contents periods is from September to October; Drying rate and the alcohol-soluble extract content arrived the peak from June to October. The suitable harvest time of Gelsemiurn elegans in Fujian province is from June to October.
