自制白内障术后点药卡在白内障术后患者出院后自行点药中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨自制白内障术后点药卡在白内障术后患者中的使用效果。方法将800例患者作为对照组,进行常规术后护理宣教,800例患者作为观察组,在此基础上使用白内障术后点药卡,比较两组患者能否规范正确点眼药水,及时减量及停止激素类眼药水及术后感染的发生率,利用c2与t值对数据加以检验。结果观察组患者再次咨询点药率10.63%和感染率2.63%显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的点药正确率23.50%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用自制白内障术后点药卡的患者能够保证术后按时用药,防止术后感染,取得了良好的效果。Objective To investigate the homemade card cataract surgery medicine in cataract surgery patients results.
