风险管理模式在脑胶质瘤患者术后护理中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理模式在脑胶质瘤患者术后护理中的临床效果。方法选取收治的100例脑胶质瘤患者,所有患者均接受脑胶质瘤手术,术后按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组患者仅接受术后常规护理,观察组患者接受风险管理模式下的护理措施。观察两组护理过程中患者并发症发生情况进行对比,最后由患者对护理满意度进行打分,利用x^2与t值对数据加以检验。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率8%显著低于对照组20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意评分(85.4±13)显著高于对照组(79.8±15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行脑胶质瘤术的患者在其术后行风险管理模式下的护理措施,能够有效缓解患者痛苦,帮助患者改善预后,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To probe into the clinical effects of risk management model in nursing care of patients with brain glioma after operation. Methods 100 cases of patients with brain glioma and who accepted treatments were selected,and all patients were underwent surgery for glioma, and after the operation according to the nursing method were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group.In the control group of patients were received routine nursing after operation,while in the observation group of patients were received risk management mode.Then,the incidence of complications of two groups of patients in nursing process were observed and compared.Finally, the satisfaction of pa- tients to nursing were graded, Use Z2 test and t value to the data.Results The incidence rate of complications after operation in the observation group was 8%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 20%, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The pa- tient satisfaction score in the observation group was （85.4±13）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of （79.8±15）,and the dif- ference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the nursing measures of the patients who underwent the risk management mode after the surgery, which can effectively ease the pain of patients, to help patients improve the prognosis, improve patient＇s satisfaction, it is wor thy to be promoted in the clinical.
