摘 要:目的探索及分析在护理管理临床实习中应用护理部-病房带教模式的意义。方法收集实习的80例护理大专生作为研究对象,按照随机、对照、双盲的原则将所有护生随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组40例护生施行传统护理管理临床实习模式进行带教,研究组40例护生则施行护理部-病房带教模式进行带教。观察比较两组护生的临床带教效果,利用x^2与t值对数据加以检验。结果研究组护生的各项护理管理知识掌握率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护生的理论考试成绩67.50%得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理部-病房带教模式在护理管理临床实习中具有良好的应用价值,值得临床推广。Objective To probe into and analyze the significance of nursing department ward teaching mode in clinical practice of nursing man- agement. Methods 80 cases of internship nursing college students were collected as the research object,and according to the principle of random, control and double blind, all the nursing students were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 40 cases in each group. In the control group of 40 cases of nursing students were implemented the traditional nursing management of clinical practice mode of teaching, while in the tudy group of 40 cases of nursing students were implemented the nursing department - ward with teaching mode. Then, the clinical effect of two groups of nursing students were observed and compared, Use z2test and t value to the data. Results The rate of nursing management knowl- edge in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The scores of theoretical test scores of nursing students inthe study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nursing department ward teaching mode in clinical practice of nursing management has a good application value, thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
