经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)在冠心病合并左心功能不全患者心功能中的作用。方法选取80例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者给予经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,科学评估两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者LVDs、LVDd显著低于对照组,FS、LVEF较对照组明显提高。观察组患者Ⅰ~Ⅱ级比例80.00%,较对照组更高62.50%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级比例20.00%,低于对照组37.50%(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者,实施经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,有利于缓解临床症状,改善心功能,提高治疗效果,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the role of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the two color random grouping methods, with 50 cases in each group.In the control group of patients were given routine drug treatment while in the observation group of patients were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.Then,the clinical treatment effects of two groups of patients were scientific evaluated. Results The LVDs and LVDd in the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the control group,and the LVEF, FS compared with the control group was significantly improved.The proportion of Ⅰ~Ⅱof patients in the observation group was 80.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 62.50%,and the proportion of Ⅲ~Ⅳwas 20.00%,which was lower than the control group of 37.50%(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction,the implementation of percutaneous coronary intervention,which it is conducive to ease the clinical symptoms, improve heart function, improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients,thus it is worthy to be promoted and applied in the clinical.
