摘 要:针对氢内燃机机体热负荷高的问题,通过AVL FIRE数值模拟研究了不同氧化铝粒子体积浓度下,氧化铝乙二醇和水混合基纳米流体对氢内燃机散热的影响规律。结果表明:在进口质流量、进口温度、出口静压一定的情况下,随着氧化铝体积分数的增大,纳米流体的整体冷却性能减弱;加入氧化铝纳米粒子后高温区的热流率都比基液的热流率大,在氧化铝纳米粒子体积分数为1%时,对氢内燃机的高温区的冷却效果最好。Aiming at the problem of high heat load of HICE. This paper mainly to research the impact on the cooling of HICE when the alumina-ethylene glycol-water nanofluid was under different alumina volume fractions. Results show that when the mass flow of inlet, the inlet temperature and the outlet static pressure is certain, the cooling performance of the nanofluids is overall weakened as the volume fraction of the alumina increases. Atter adding alumina nanoparticles, the heat flux in high temperature regions is larger than the base fluid. When the volume fraction of alumina nanoparticles is about 1%, the hydrogen internal combustion engine cooling effect in high temperature regions is the best.
