摘  要:铸机在生产不同成分钢种时,实现异钢种连浇,可有效减少等待时间,增加铸机浇注时间,大大提高铸机作业能力,同时满足小批量品种钢的生产。通过降低中间包余钢量来减小交接坯长度。异钢种连浇时,通过人为制造接痕确定异钢种连浇过程铸坯交接坯的起始位置。To achieve different steel grade continuous casting in the production of steel casting machine with different components can effectively reduce the waiting time, increase the casting pouring time, greatly improve the caster operating ability, and also can meet the production of varieties of steel in small quantity. In this paper, we decrease the length of the transition slab by reducing the residual amount of steel in tundish . During different steels' continuous casting, we deter- mine the home position of slab transition slab in the process of different steels' continuous casting by controlling the leveler to form the joint trace.
