摘　　要：文章简要叙述某生产线BD开坯机和CCS万能机组轧辊结构特点,同时较详细的介绍了CCS万能机组UR、UF机架水平镶套组合轧辊的辊环与芯轴热装配工艺流程及工艺要求,并通过现场实践,总结出了如何根据芯轴外径来确定辊环内径方法,并优化装配工艺,有效避免了CCS万能机组UR、UF机架水平辊的辊环炸裂、耍圈等失效问题,保证了生产顺行。The writer simply introduces the structure features of CCS universal stands and No. land No. 2 production line＇s breaking down mill of Rail and Beam Rolling Plant of Steel Union Corp. of Baotou Steel. At the same time, he makes research on the process of No. 1 and No. 2 production line＇ s UR and UF stand horizontal roll collar and mandrel in- stallation after heating . With the practice on site, summarizing the method how to determine the diameter of roll collar by outer diameter and optimizing the process of installation can avoid the problem such as UR and UF stand horizontal roll col- lar＇ s blasting, dislocation. In that way,it can ensure two production lines running smoothly.
