摘　　要：X80管线钢在外力作用条件下由于断裂韧度不足可能引起断裂事故。试验测得包钢产X80管线钢CTOD值,按照Wells提出的CTOD断裂判据对其断裂韧度的安全性进行了评估。断裂韧度测试及评估结果可供科研和生产参考。This paper shows that X80 pipeline might cause fracture accidents for lacking fracture toughness under the condition of the external force. The CTOD value of X80 pipeline at Baotou Steel is tested by the experiment, and the securi- ty of fracture toughness of X80 pipeline is evaluated by the CTOD fracture criterion which is raised by Wells. The result for fracture toughness test and evaluation could be the reference for science research and production.
