摘　　要：文章主要介绍了锅炉烟气脱硫脱硝工程塔器在制作及安装过程中,通过采用铺设临时制作平台、设置定位中心标板、用样冲在基础标板上分别做塔壁的拼装基准点、每层壁板选择在地面平台上组合完毕后整体吊装、吊装采用自制米字撑做为吊具、钢板拼接先点焊后再用样板检查、如不符合规范要求采用液压千斤顶进行平整矫正、合格后进行加固筋固定、焊接采用分段退焊跳焊法、焊接完成后采用超声波探伤等一系列工艺技术措施,保证了整个塔器的制作及安装质量达到国家标准和生产工艺要求。This paper mainly introduces the boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitration tower in its production and installation process. By laying temporary production platform and the positioning center plate and also based on standard board respectively of the tower wall assembly reference point, we can make each panel selection platform on the ground after the completion of the overall portfolio hoisting and lifting support for using the self - made word spreader. Steel plate spli- cing first spot after inspection, for example, the sample does not meet the specification requirements by hydraulic jacks for smooth correction. After passing the reinforcing ribs fixed and welded using backstep welding skip welding method, welding is completed by ultrasonic inspection and a series of technical measures so as to ensure the whole production tower and in- stallation quality meet the state standards and the requirements of the production process.
