摘　　要：高硬脆保形红外整流罩是一类基于高硬脆红外材料而研制的保形结构整流罩,具有优良的机械及气动性能,因此有广泛的应用前景。本文首先系统分析了空空导弹整流罩结构及其材料的发展趋势,即由传统整流罩转向高硬脆性保形红外整流罩;然后介绍了保形红外整流罩的加工研究现状;最后对高硬脆性保形红外整流罩加工工艺研究方面所面临的困难及未来研究前景进行了探讨。Super hard and brittle conformal infrared dome is a kind of conformal structure dome based on super hard and brittle infrared materials,so it has excellent mechanical and aerodynamic performance,and wide application prospect. The development trend of the air-to-air missile dome structure and materials is expounded,which is from the traditional to the super hard and brittle conformal. Then the conformal infrared dome proccessing research status is introduced. At the end,the processing difficulties and future researches for the super hard and brittle conformal infrared dome are studied.
