摘  要:随着国家对工业企业节能减排要求日益严格和节能工作不断深入,炼化企业进一步降低装置及全厂能耗的难度越来越大,热能的综合利用,尤其是低温余热的优化利用,已经成为炼化企业进一步节能减排的主要发展方向。介绍了炼化过程低温余热同级利用和低温余热制冷、热泵、发电等典型升级利用技术及发展趋势,并对炼化企业从全厂角度合理选用低温余热利用技术提出了建议,对今后炼化企业选用低温余热利用技术实现节能增效有一定的借鉴和参考意义。With the increasingly straight requirements of energy-saving and emission for refining enterprises and the deepening of energy-saving work, it's becoming more and more difficult for refining enterprises to further reduce energy consumption. Comprehensive utilization of heat, especially optimal utilization of low-temperature heat, is becoming the main development direction of further energy-saving and emission-reduction. This paper introduces the technology and development trend of low temperature same-grading and major upgrading utilization ways, such as refrigeration, heat pump, and power generation, and puts forward some suggestionson selection of low temperature heat utilization technology from the perspective of the whole plant which has reference for energy conservation based on utilization of low-temperature heat in the future.
