摘　　要：本文对欧盟非食用动物产品卫生规则及非食用动物产品的分类、处理和利用、有关基本义务规定、进出口政策等方面进行了研究梳理,旨在为我国建立非食用动物产品的相关法律制度,特别是非食用动物产品无害化处理的管理提供借鉴和参考。The management of non-food animal products plays an important role in ensuring the public health security. In this article, the health regulations for such products in European Union （EU） countries were studied. At the same time, common practices in EU for the classification, treatment and utilization of such products, as well as related regulations for basic obligations and the export-import policies were also reviewed and summarized. According to this study, experiences and references will be provided for establishing related laws and regulations towards non-food animal products in China, especially for the management ofbio-safety disposal of such products.
