摘　　要：本文从现代畜牧业发展、动物疫病防控形势、畜产品质量安全监管、公共卫生和生态保护等方面,系统分析了兽医社会化服务的发展背景,从兽医社会化的基本定义、条件等方面,阐述了兽医社会化的基本内涵。文章还系统分析了"公司+农户""合作社""打包服务""科研院所业务拓展""政府购买服务"等几种兽医社会化模式,并从培植兽医社会化服务市场主体、拓展政府购买服务内容、引导供需双方深度合作、规范社会化服务发展等角度,对今后兽医社会化服务的发展提出了建议,为政府购买兽医社会化服务的实现提供了借鉴。The socialized services in the field of veterinary have been provided for years. In this article, its development background was systematically analyzed from the following aspects ： the development of modern animal husbandry, prevention and control status of animal diseases, quality and safety supervision of livestock products, public health and ecological protection. The fundamental connotation of the veterinary socialized service system was expounded in terms of its basic definitions and conditions. Furthermore, several existing models were also systematically analyzed, including＂companies＋farmers＂, ＂cooperative society＂, ＂packaged services＂, ＂business development of scientific research institutions＂ and ＂government purchase of services＂ . Based on the analysis and for the purpose of realizing the goal of purchasing veterinary socialized services by the government, some suggestions were put forward. They were cultivating market entity for the services, expanding the items for services covered by government purchasing, guiding the deep cooperation between supply and requisitioning parties, as well as standardizing the development of socialized services.
