摘　　要：本文介绍了实验室认证认可制度的发展现状及主要内容,论述了实验室认证认可工作对于提高实验室的质量管理水平及促进畜牧产业和社会发展的重要意义,着重分析了动物疫病检测实验室通过实验室认证认可对人员培训管理、检测设施设备、环境条件及检测结果质量的保障等方面的提升作用。In this article, the development status and main contents of the laboratory certification and accreditation system were introduced, then its significance was discussed in terms of enhancing the level of laboratory quality management and promoting the development of animal husbandry industry and society. Furthermore, the promotion effects of the the certification and accreditation system towards animal disease testing laboratories were emphatically analyzed from the following aspects：the improvement of staff training and managements, the maintenance of testing equipment and facilities, the ensuring of environmental conditions, as well as the guarantee of the quality of the testing results.
