国内外健康信息领域演进路径、热点前沿比较研究——基于科学知识图谱的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的梳理国内外健康信息研究的基础知识,对其演进路径、研究热点与前沿进行可视化对比分析,总结国内外研究共同点与差异。方法分别以ISI web of science核心合集数据库和《中国学术期刊网络出版总库》中1995-2016年有关健康信息的文献题录为研究对象,采用Cite Space科学知识图谱工具分析相关数据。结果共获取健康信息研究外文题录11 568条,中文题录3 645条,分析得出国外和国内分别24和4篇关键节点文献,各30个高频共现关键词,9个前沿突现术语。结论国外健康信息领域演进路径呈纵向发展趋势,研究层层深入,精而专;国内呈横向发展趋势,研究范围广但不深入。国内外研究热点在理论基础,技术手段和行为措施方面无明显区别,而在研究主题,研究对象和疾病类型方面存在较大差异。国外最突出的研究前沿是互联网和电子健康档案而国内则是健康素养和人口健康。Objective To sum up the common points and differences of health information research between China and overseas through visualized and comparative analysis of the evolution, hotspots and fronts of them after exploring the basics of health information research in China and board. Methods Knowledge mapping tool CiteSpace was used to analyze the bibliographies from related health information during 1995 to 2016 based on ISI web of science core collection database and China academic journal network publishing database. Results 11568 foreign and 3645 domestic bibliographies were Obtained,24 foreign and 4 domestic key articles, 30 high - frequency co - occurrence words and 9 cutting - edge terms of foreign and domestic were detected respectively. Conclusion The evolution path of heahh information in foreign countries shows the trend of vertical development and the research level is deep, fine and special. In China, it shows horizontal development, the research scope is wide,but not in depth. There is no obvious difference between domestic and foreign research hotspots in the theoretical basis, technical means and behavioral measures, but there is a big difference in the research topics, research objects, and disease types. The most prominent research frontiers abroad are the internet and electronic health records, while the counterparts in China are health literacy and population health.
