重庆市荣昌区705名农村老年人口腔健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解农村老年人口腔健康相关生命质量现状,分析其影响因素。方法调查重庆市荣昌区古昌、仁义、万灵3个乡镇共712名农村老年人,采用老年口腔健康评价指数(Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index,GOHAI)评价其口腔健康相关生命质量,运用多元线性回归分析老年人口腔健康相关生命质量的影响因素。结果中86.8%的调查对象有牙齿脱落,其中72.6%未安装假牙;GOHAI平均得分47.6分,其中功能限制维度的两个条目:咬或咀嚼食物困难以及所吃食物的种类和数量受限得分最低;年龄越小、家庭收入越高、有刷牙习惯、安装假牙、牙齿未脱落、余留恒牙20颗及以上、自感口腔健康状况更好的调查对象GOHAI得分越高。结论被调查的老年人口腔健康状况及其相关生命质量较差;口腔健康行为习惯较差和口腔卫生服务利用不足是口腔健康相关生命质量的重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the rural elderly oral health -related quality of life and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods A survey was conducted in 712 elderly in Guchang,Renyin,and Wanling counties from Rongehang district in Chongqing. Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index was applied to evaluate the Oral Health related quality of life. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the related influencing factors. Results Tooth lose rate of the respondents was 86.8% , and respondents using no denture accounted for 72.6%. Mean GOHAI score of the sample was 47.6. Two items in function - limit dimensions, including biting or chewing difficulties and limit of the types and amount of food intake, had the lowest scores. In all population, younger, higher income, a population with brushing habits, who used denture, whose teeth remained, who had over 20 remaining teeth, who had better self - rated oral health elderly were more likely to get higher GOHA1 scores. Conclusion Oral health - related quality of life and oral health are relatively poor among respondents. Poor oral health behavior and deficient utilization of oral health services are important factors that affect oral health - related quality of life.
