摘 要:寒冷地区气候具有鲜明特点,冬季居民的日常生活受气候条件影响较为明显。这一气候分区内的城市居住小区规划应当综合考虑所在区域的气候特点,充分发挥居住小区的功能特点,科学分析,合理布局,以人为本,节约能源。通过哈尔滨市保健路回迁安置居住小区规划实践,探讨寒冷地区居住小区规划如何解决好住宅与公建、道路与交通、绿化与环境之间的相互关系。Climate has a significant effect on the daily life of people living in cold regions.Planning residential area in these regions requires comprehensive consideration of the climate characteristic and full exploitation of the functionality of residential buildings.Rational design through scientific planning shall be focused on human needs and energy saving.Using the returnee residential subdivision in Baojian Road,Harbin as a case study,the present study illustrates how to effectively plan residential area in cold regions to harmonize the relationships between residential and public constructions,between roads and traffic,and between greening and environment.
