滁州市生态经济主要功能的发展评价

摘　　要：生态经济主要功能的研究对协调经济发展和环境保护有着不可忽视的作用,对地区农业生态经济的发展也有一定的指导作用。文中基于2000年、2005年和2010年基础经济数据和生态经济相关资料,采用层次分析法和专家咨询法构建生态经济主要功能评价指标体系,对滁州各县市生态经济主要功能的发展变化进行评价与分析。结果表明:1滁州市生态经济主要功能的发展呈上升趋势,生态经济主要功能的作用更加凸显;2滁州各县市生态经济主要功能指数差异明显,发展不协调;3滁州市生态经济主要功能指数总体得分较低,分析得出经济发展水平和环境保护力度是导致生态经济主要功能发展差异的主要原因。It plays an indispensable role in the coordination of economic development and environmental protection from the research on the main function of eco-economy,which is the guidance of presenting some instructions to the development of agricultural economy.This paper presents the development and change of the main function of eco-economy from the evaluation and analysis.The analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and expert consultation are the main methods to make the evaluation index system with the basic economic and eco-economy data from 2000,2005 and 2010.The results indicate that：a.the main function of eco-economy in Chuzhou is improved,and the role of the main function of eco-economy is more prominent;b.The index of the main function of eco-economy is significantly different in many counties and towns of Chuzhou and the development is not coordinating;c.The total score of the main function of ecoeconomy is lower,less than 50,and at poor standards.That is to say,the level of economic development and environmental protection is the main reason for the difference of ecological economic development.
