前30所医疗机构在PubMed上发表论文情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解2014年Pub Med收录国内主要医疗机构的论文情况。方法检索Pub Medplus数据库,并利用Pub Medplus数据库对主要医疗机构的发文数量和类型、主要来源期刊、作者合作国家、发文期刊的影响因子及期刊学科分布进行汇总分析。结果 2014年排名前30名医疗机构Pub Med论文13 358篇,其中英文论文12 023篇(90.01%),中文论文1 335篇(9.99%)。排名位于前14的期刊收录论文数量为3 142篇(23.52%),PLo S One为发文最多的期刊。以第1作者合作的国际论文共有1 599篇(11.97%),其中同美国合作的论文最多,有846篇(6.33%),影响因子大于10的论文有148篇(1.28%),3 595篇论文分布在影响因子1~2之间的期刊中占31.15%。肿瘤学科论文所占比例较高。结论我国主要医疗机构发文数量有所增长,国际间合作还需要进一步扩大和加强,医学研究的整体水平和深度有待提高。Objective To investigate the overall distribution of the literatures cited by PubMed from the major domestic medical institutions in 2014. Methods All the literatures were researched from PubMedplus database, and the distribution of the number, publication type, impact factor and disciplines of source journals were ana- lyzed. Results In the top 30 medical institutions of China, there were 13 358 literatures cited by PubMed in 2014, which were 12 023 literatures in English （90. 01% ） and 1 335 papers in Chinese （9. 99% ）. 3 142 lit- eratures were published in the top 14 journals （23.52%）, and PLoS One hold the first place on source journal list. A total of 1 599 literatures （11.97%） were worked as first author with international cooperation, including 846 literatures （6. 33% ） cooperated with the United Stales. The impact factor of 148 literatures （ 1.28% ） was over 10, and impact factor of 3595 literatures （31.15%） was among 1 -2. Additionally, Oncology was the major subject. Conclusion The published literatures in major domestic medical institutions were increased. However, the international cooperation should be further expanded and strengthened, and the overall level and depth of medical research also need to be improved.
