摘  要:应用Fluent软件对某1 000MW机组锅炉热二次风管道系统的阻力进行了研究,认为空气预热器出口90°弯头、水平过渡段、前后墙分配处以及前后墙各支管分配处速度分布不均匀等是造成原热二次风风道阻力较大的主要原因。对此,采取流线型热二次风风道、合理的弯头、增设导流板以及局部圆角等改进方案,解决了原设计方案存在的速度分布不均匀和回流区等问题,降低了热二次风管道的阻力。By using Fluent software,the resistance in hot secondary air duct of a 1 000 MW unit boiler man- ufactured in Dongfang Boiler Group was numerically studied. Several factors, such as the 90° elbow at the preheater outlet,the horizontal transition segment, the uneven velocity distribution around the front and back wall and the branches, were considered as the major reasons for the large resistance in the original hot secondary air duct. Against this problem,a series of detailed improvement measures were put forward,like applying streamline design for the hot secondary air duct, selecting appropriate elbow, adding guide plate and using fillet angle at local place. After the above measurement were taken, the uneven velocity distribu- tion and reflow problems were solved,and the resistance in the hot secondary air duct was decreased.
