摘  要:总结了目前针对纯凝发电机组和热电联产机组厂用电率的计算方法,分析了各自的适用范围及优缺点;在此基础上提出一种针对燃气冷热电分布式能源,综合考虑全年各种运行工况,分别计算供冷站、供热站、发电站及综合厂用电率的计算方法;以华电某产业园分布式能源站为例,根据全年逐时负荷预测的数据,对供冷季、采暖季和过渡季分别制定不同的运行策略,按照全年运行工况,分别对冷热电站用电率进行计算。结果表明,该计算方法合理分摊了冷热电的供能成本,为能源站的成本控制和经济运行提供参考。Several calculation methods of auxiliary power consumption rate for current condensing power plants and combined heat and power projects were summarized. The applicable scope, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed respectively. On this basis, a new calculating method of aux- iliary power consumption rate for gas-fired combined cooling heating and power distributed energy system was proposed, which considers various operating conditions all year round. By this method, the cooling power consumption rate, heating power consumption rate, generating power consumption rate and total power consumption rate were calculated separately, which are all annual average values. Moreover, taking the distributed energy station in Huadian Industrial Park as an example,according to the hourly load fore- casting data all year round, different operation strategies in cooling season, heating season and transition season were developed typically. Depending on the operating conditions, the cooling, heating, generating and total power consumption rate were calculated. The results show that, the cooling, heating and generating costs allocation were reflected reasonably by the calculated indices using this method,which provides a ba- sis for the cost control and economic operation of the distributed energy station.
