摘 要:开关柜是电网系统中最关键和最复杂的设备之一,在保证电网系统可靠安全运行中发挥着重要作用.为更好地正确评估开关柜的健康状态,根据专家经验和监测系统的实际情况,建立了基于动态权重机制的模糊综合评估模型.评估模型以在线监测的非电量特征参数为基础,确立了综合评估指标体系和隶属度分布函数,结合模糊综合评判法和动态权重修正模型,综合考虑了各指标对开关柜健康状态的不同影响,同时着重凸出了设备的异常状态.另外,利用该评估模型进行了仿真分析,实验结果表明评估模型具有一定的有效性和合理性,符合电力行业的实际标准和需求,具有一定的使用价值.The switchgear is one of the most critical and complex equipment in a power system, and plays an important role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the grid system. In order to better assess the health status of the switch cabinet, according to expert experience and the actual situation of monitoring system, this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on a dynamic weighted mechanism. The evaluation model establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system and a membership degree distribution function based on non-electric characteristic parameters, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the dynamic weight correction model, considering the different effects of each index of health condition of the switchgear, and emphasizing the abnormal state of the equipment. In addition, the simulation analysis is carried out by using the evaluation model. The experimental results show that the evaluation model is effective and reasonable, and conforms to the actual standard and demand of the electric power industry.
