摘　　要：目的:总结临床药师在新生儿科开展药学服务的实践与体会。方法:临床药师在治疗方案调整、特殊用药会诊、用药干预、不良反应上报、用药教育及培训等多方面参与儿科药学工作。结果:对新生儿实施了药学监护,规范了儿科用药,减少了不合理用药的数量。结论:临床药师从用药多方面细节入手,发挥了积极作用,得到了临床医师的认可。Objective： To summarize the practice and experience of clinical pharmacist in neonatal pharmaceutical care. Methods： Clinical pharmacist worked in many aspects involved in pediatric pharmacy, including treatment plan adjustment, special medication consultation, drug intervention, adverse reactions report, medical education and training, etc. Results： Pharmaceutical care carried out for newborn, could standardize the pediatric drug use, and reduce the numbers of the irrational drug use. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists play a positive rule in many aspects of drug use details and have been recognized by clinician.
