摘　　要：重点中心镇在新型城镇化过程中是众多小城镇中的一个动态的特殊类型,在人口、区位、经济潜力、服务功能、规划管理、科技创新等方面具有明显优势。在新的历史起点上,重点中心镇的产业发展决定其末来发展走向。要使其发展成为县域经济的一个中心、特色镇,进而成长为小城市。在"十三五"新的发展时期,其产业发展要坚持五大发展理念,充分发挥自身资源优势,积极推进一二三产业融合发展,加快发展公共产业,走绿色发展之路。Central town is a special type in the process of urbanization because it has obvious advantages in the areas of population, location, economic potential, service function, organizational management, and technological advances. At the new historical starting point, the indusmal development of central town would determine its future trends in growth. If the local government tends to make central town special around the district and finally turn it into a small city, the ottidals are required to take action in the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People＇ s Repubhc of China. These activities include to keep the five key growth concepts for industrial development, to gaily utilize available resources, to actively promote the collaboration for development across three sectors, to accelerate innovation in the public sector, and to get achievements along with taking consideration of green impact.
