摘　　要：经过实地前测,课题组连续三年考察了佛山市图书馆项目化管理实践。参考组织环境中的项目组合管理模型、明茨伯格组织理论,结合图书馆实际,构建了由战略、运作、项目和文化四个维度、五个层级的图书馆项目化管理成熟度模型,并以该馆为对象进行了测评分析。Based on the onsite pre-survey, the study group observed the project-based management in Foshan Library for 3 years. Using OPM3 and Henry Mintzberg＇ s organizational theory for reference, a maturity model of library project-based management is constructed, which have four dimensions, such as strategy, operate, project and culture, as well as five levels. Then, analysis is conducted on the maturity model of Foshan Library.
