摘　　要：冠状动脉内溶栓疗法是急性心肌梗死后恢复冠状动脉血流灌注的方法之一,可减轻冠状动脉血栓负荷,缩小心肌梗死面积,保护濒死心肌,降低病死率。尽管随着介入方法的普及,冠状动脉内溶栓疗法的临床运用有所减少,但其在支架内血栓形成、特殊类型的冠状动脉病变、冠状动脉内血栓抽吸失败等方面仍有特殊应用。本文就冠状动脉内溶栓疗法应用的研究进展作一综述。Intracoronary thrombolytic therapy is one of the treatment methods to restore coronary perfusion after acute myocardial infarction,reduce coronary artery thrombus burden,reduce infarct area,protect the dying myocardium,and reduce the fatality rate.Intracoronary thrombolytic therapy still has special applications in stent thrombosis,special types of coronary artery disease and coronary artery thrombus aspiration though interventional therapy replaces it in many aspects.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of intracoronary thrombolytic therapy.
