摘  要:目的探讨3D高清腹腔镜系统在外科手术中应用的可行性、安全性及其优势。方法 209例妇科、普外科及泌尿外科患者接受3D高清腹腔镜系统治疗(3D组),另选择200例接受2D高清腹腔镜系统治疗的患者为对照组(2D组)。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量以及术后住院时间、住院费用及手术并发症。结果 3D组手术时间短于2D组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于2D组(P<0.05);泌尿外科手术住院日3D组短于2D组(P<0.05);两组住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无中转开腹手术及严重并发症。结论 3D腹腔镜系统应用于高难度的外科手术,能获得更好的纵深感觉和定位能力,降低手术难度,可缩短手术时间及减少手术过程中的出血量,住院费未增加。Objective To investigate the feasibility,safety and advantages of 3D laparoscopic system in surgical operation. Methods A total of 209 cases of gynecological diseases,general surgical patients and urologic patients were treated with 3D HD laparoscopic treatment,another 200 patients received 2D HD laparoscopic system treatment were choose as control group. The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization costs and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of 3D group was shorter than that of 2D group( P〈0. 05),intraoperative blood loss was less than that of 2D group( P〈0. 05); Urology surgery hospitalization in 3D group was shorter than that of group 2D( P〈0. 05) difference between the two groups; The difference of hospitalization costs between the two groups was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). There was no conversion to laparotomy and severe complications in the two groups. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery application of 3D system in high difficulty,can get a better sense of depth and orientation ability,reduce the difficulty of operation,can shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,but the hospitalization fee does not increase.
