教育管理角度下高等院校的书院制创新改革思考

摘　　要：书院制是一种实现素质教育与专才教育相结合，能够最大程度上达到均衡教育目标的学生教育管理制度。书院制的推行在教育管理角度下是我国当前高校创新改革的一个新起点，不仅有利于转变传统教育管理的模式．同时以一种全新的教育理念和管理思想推动我国高等院校教育的发展进程，是符合当前时代与社会需求、以学生为教育管理中心的积极尝试。本文结合高等院校书院制在教育管理下的创新要求进行相应的改革思考探究。the college system is a kind of implementation of quality education and professional education combined, to the maximum extent possible to achieve the goal of balanced education of students＇ education management system. The implementation of college system in education management perspective is a new starting point of China＇s current university reform and innovation, not only conducive to the transformation of the traditional education management mode, at the same time, a new education idea and management promote the development of education in Colleges and universities, is actively trying to conform to the current age and social needs, to the students for the education management center. In this paper, according to the innovation requirements of college college system in education management, this paper explores and explores the corresponding reform.
