摘　　要：王蒙《组织部来了个年轻人》曾被认定是反官僚主义之作，作品中的组织部常务副部长刘世吾被定义为“官僚主义者”形象，以致作家本人也因此深受其害。时隔60年重新审视刘世吾这一形象，不难发现多年来对他的那种标签式评价未免偏颇和简单化，而其性格的丰富性和内心世界的复杂性，既是多重矛盾关系所致，也有现实的镜鉴意义。Wang Meng ＂a young man＂ Organization Department has considered anti bureaucracy as works of the Organization Department of the Deputy Minister Liu Shiwu was defined as ＂bureaucratic＂ image, so that the writer also suffer. After a lapse of 60 years to re-examine the image of Liu Shiwu, it is not difficult to find over the years of his label evaluation would be biased and simplistic, and the character of the richness and complexity of the inner world, is caused by multiple contradiction, also has the realistic significance of mirror.
