摘 要:为研究矸石粒径级配对充填工作面充填体压实度的影响,以焦作九里山矿煤层顶板矸石,利用自制的矸石充填压缩模具进行不同粒径级配矸石压实试验,得到10种粒径级配的矸石应力-应变关系曲线,分析矸石粒径级配、轴向应力、含水率对矸石压实度的影响。结果表明:压缩矸石的应力-应变关系呈指数函数特征,矸石压缩过程分为三个阶段:速压密阶段、稳压密阶段、准压密阶段;矸石粒径对压实度影响较为明显,矸石的压实度与轴向应力呈对数函数关系;矸石的压实度与压缩率具有较好的相关性,采用泰波理论选取的最优方案压缩率比其他低,矸石的压实度相反;含水率为5.6%~5.8%时矸石压实度最优。In order to study the influence of gangue diameter gradation on the backfilling body compactness in the backfilling face,the gangues from the coal seam roof of Jiulishan Mine in Jiaozuo City was investigated. Compaction tests were conducted on the gangues with different diameter gradations using a self-made gangue filling compression mould. Based on the axial stress-strain curves of gangues with ten different diameter gradations,the effects of gangue diameter gradation,axial stress and moisture content on gangue compactness were analyzed. The results show that the stress-strain curves exhibit remarkable exponential function characteristic in which the process of gangue compression can be divided into three stages: rapid compression deformation stage,stable compaction stage and prospective compaction stage. The gangue diameters have significant influence on compactness. The compactness and axial stress exhibits a logarithmic relationship. There is a better relativeness between the gangue compactness and compression ratio. The optimum compression ratio obtained from peaceful wave theory is less than those from other theories.However,this phenomena inversed on the gangue compactness. The best gangue compactness can be obtained when its moisture content is between 5.6% and 5.8%.
