摘　　要：探讨了中医思维和中医护理的特点,分析了中医护理专科发展的现状,认为强化护理人员中医思维的培养是中医护理专科发展的关键。中医思维的培养应从以下几方面着手:一是掌握中医知识,强化中医思维,二是加强临床实践,注重经验积累。The author discussed the characteristics of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine nursing, the status of TCM nursing development that strengthening the cultivation of nursing of TCM thinking is the key of TCM nursing development. Thinking of Chinese medicine culture from the following several aspects： a master of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge intensive thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, the second is strengthening clinical practice focus on the accumulation of experience.
