摘　　要：安徽省农村订单定向医学生免费培养项目是为基层提供安全便捷的公共卫生和基本医疗服务的一项重要措施。这一项目能否顺利实施取决于定向生毕业后的履约和稳定问题。了解定向生服务基层的意愿及其影响因素对于防控定向生违约和不稳定的风险有重要意义。Anhui Province has been launching the ＂Medical Undergraduates Pre-contracted to Rural Areas Training-For-Free Plan ＂ in order to provide safety and convenient medical services for communities. Whether the plan can be implemented smoothly depends on the students＇ performance of their contracts and the stability of the staff. It＇s very beneficial to guard against the risks of the staffs＇ breaking the contracts and instability through discussion the directional medical students＇ will and its relevant factors to serve for communities.
