摘　　要：中国经济和科技的不断进步,带动着中华文化的发展,普通话也得到了深入的推广,但是由此却产生另外一个问题,记录社会和文化变迁的方言遭到人们的忽视,一些方言甚至濒临失传,这对文化的传承无异于是一个巨大的打击。所以,我们必须找到方言和普通话的平衡点,正视方言的社会价值和文化价值,从而为方言的传承和发展开辟一条新的道路。China economic and technological progress, driving the development of Chinese culture, mandarin has also been further promotion. However, this is also a problem, record the social and cultural changes of the dialect of the people by the neglect, some dialects are even on the brink of extinction, the cultural heritage tantamount to a huge blow. Therefore, we must find the balance between dialect and Putonghua, face up to the social and cultural values of dialect, thus opening up a new way for the inheritance and development of dialects.
