公民治理视阈下公民参与社区治理研究——以LX社区为例

摘　　要：通过公民治理理论对LX社区实现分析指出:为了更好地推动社区治理中的公民参与,仍需大力培育群众骨干,确保社区自治的可持续发展;提高社区专职工作人员待遇,确保社区工作的延续性和持久性;搭建网络参与平台,确保参与形式的多样性。The origin of western citizen governance theory of citizen provides a favorable theoretical platform for the par- ticipation in community governance practice. LX community has important practical significance for us to explore, based on the realization of LX community analysis, this paper pointed out ： in order to promote citizen participation in community gov- ernance better, we still need to cultivate the backbone. Ensure the sustainable development of community autonomy; im- prove the eommunity full-time staff treatment, ensure the continuity and persistence of eommunity work; build the network participation platform, and ensure the participation of diversity.
