摘　　要：互联网技术高速发展的当代社会,网络反腐成为继上访、报纸信件、电话举报等传统反腐方式之外的新型反腐手段,在反腐过程中以独有的特点彰显出巨大的影响力。但不可忽视的是网络反腐机制自身存在较多的不足,亟需规范。从法律视角入手,诠释网络反腐机制的法律属性,反思我国网络反腐的现状,分析其中存在的主要问题并探寻法律对策,将网络反腐纳入法治化轨道,使网络反腐与制度反腐有机结合,成为反腐的有力推手,推进网络反腐机制的完善。With the rapid development of intemet technology in contemporary society, the Network Anti-corruption has become a new anti-corruption method after newspapers, accusations and other traditional mechanisms, with its unique char- acteristics showing great influence in the process of anti-corruption. But the fact which can not be ignored is the network an- ti-corruption mechanism itself has many shortcomings, which urges regulation. Interpretating of the legal attributes of Net- work Anti-corruption Mechanism,and rethinking the status quo of Network Anti-corruption in China from the legal perspec- tive helps to analyze the main problems within Network Anti-corruption and explore legal countermeasures in order to build Network Anti-corruption into the process of the rule by law and combined with institutional anti-corruption. So the mecha- nism perfection would press on Network Anti-corruption towards a powerful handle of anti-corruption process.
