空心螺钉内固定运用在Lisfranc关节损伤治疗中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的对Lisfranc关节组织损伤救治中应用空心螺钉内固定专业技术的意义进行评定。方法筛选2013年1月至2016年1月因Lisfranc关节组织损伤进入我院骨科救治的73例患者,以内固定方案的不同为分组依据:常规组35例选择三刃钉展开内固定程序,治疗组38例则选择空心螺钉展开内固定程序,对两组患者内固定质量进行比较。结果常规组患者治疗优良率为62.86%(22/35),明显低于治疗组的92.11%(35/38),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后常规组患者关节功能改善质量评分为(74.95±9.11)分,低于治疗组的(85.02±9.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两组患者关节组织基本功能的恢复时长、住院时长比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在救治Lisfranc关节组织损伤患者时,选择空心螺钉展开内固定程序疗效显著,有助于提升优良率,改善机体关节组织功能,可推荐应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with hollow screw in the treatment of Lisfranc joint tissue injury. Methods From January 2013 to January 2016, 73 cases of patients with Lisfranc joint tissue injury admitted in the Department of Tramotology and Orthopedics were selected, and divided into two groups according to different fixation methods. In the conventional group, 35 cases were fixed with triflanged nail; in the treatment group, 38 cases were fixed with hollow screw, then the efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the routine group was 62.86% （22/35）, while the treatment group was 92.11% （35/38）, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the joint function improvement scores of the conventional group was （74.95± 9.11）, the treatment group was （85.02±9.05）, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the differences of basic functions recovery time of joint organization, hospitalization time in the two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with Lisfranc joint tissue injury, the hollow screw fixation has a significant effect, it can improve the body＇s joint function, which is suitable for clinical application.
