摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜在闭合性腹部外伤诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析在我院进行腹腔镜探查治疗的28例闭合性腹部外伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用全身麻醉下腹腔镜探查、治疗。结果 28例患者均在腹腔镜下得到确诊,确诊率为100.00%,其中22例在腹腔镜下治疗,6例中转开腹,均痊愈出院,治疗成功率为100.00%。结论腹腔镜技术能够有效诊断并治疗闭合性腹部外伤患者,具有可靠安全、创伤小、诊断率高的优势,能够有效降低阴性剖腹探查率,有良好的应用前景。Objective To explore the clinical application value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal trauma. Methods The clinical data of 28 closed abdominal trauma patients who treated with laparoscopic exploration in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were explored and treated by laparoscopy under anesthesia. Results Twenty-eight patients with closed abdominal trauma were confirmed by laparoscopy, the diagnosis rate was 100.00%, 22 cases were treated by laparoscopy, 6 cases were converted to open surgery, and all the patients were cured. The success rate was 100.00%. Conclusion Laparoscopic technique can effectively diagnoze and treat blunt abdominal trauma. The technology has advantages in reliable safety, small traumatic and high diagnostic rate. It can effectively reduce the negative rate of abdominal incision, and has a good prospect of clinical application.
