半夏泻心汤加减治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2015年12月在我院住院的脑卒中患者58例,随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(29例),其中治疗组采用半夏泻心汤随证加减治疗,对照组给予盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液治疗,连续治疗7 d为1疗程,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为93.10%,对照组总有效率为58.62%,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗顽固性呃逆疗效显著,可以终止呃逆发作,缩短呃逆缓解时间,疗效确切,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of intractable hiccups after stroke. Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients with stroke in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 29 cases in each group, the patients in treatment group used Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment, the patients in control group were given metboxychlor tome amine hydrochloride injection treatment, 7 days after the treatment, the effect of two groups were observesd. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%, which was higher than 58.62% of the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically dignificant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction treatment of intractable hiccups has better curative effect, which can stop hiccups and shorten the time of hiccups ease, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
