摘　　要：五环三萜类化合物常春藤皂苷元常以游离态或结合成苷/酯的形式存在于多种植物中,对多种肿瘤细胞株具有抗肿瘤活性。研究表明,常春藤皂苷元C-28位取代基团的引入能极大程度地增强其抗肿瘤活性。本文综述了常春藤皂苷元及其C-28位衍生物抗肿瘤活性的研究现状,为其化学成分与药理活性的深入研究提供依据。Hederagenin is a pentacyclic triterpenoid which exists in numerous plants with the form of a free state or binding to glycosides/esters, and it exhibits anti-tumor activities to different tumor cell lines. It is shown that introducing substituent groups at C-28 will significantly improve the anti-tumor activities. This paper gives a review of the anti-tumor activities of hederagenin and its C-28 derivatives, which provides the basis for further study of its chemical components and pharmacological activities.
