摘　　要：目的通过调查我院实行静脉药物集中配置取得的成效,探讨其对临床合理用药的作用。方法统计并分析我院静脉药物配置中心2015年1月~2016年6月静脉用药医嘱的数量及其审核结果,收集不合理医嘱采取的正确干预方案及干预后医师的反馈资料,观察审核静脉用药医嘱对用药合理性的影响。统计临床科室护士的配药时间,观察其对护士护理时间的影响;统计病区储存药量,观察对药品管理的影响。结果研究结果显示,审核静脉用药医嘱共994 208条,不合理医嘱2585条(0.26%),其中修正不合理医嘱2204条,临床纠正率为85.26%;护士配药时间明显缩短,护理时间增加,护理质量得到提升;静脉用药集中配置后,病区静脉用药品种和数量减少,促进了病区药品的规范管理,用药安全性增加。结论静脉药物集中配置对促进临床合理用药具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous drug centralized allocation in our hospital,and to explore its effect on clinical rational drug use.Methods The quantity and audit results of intravenous medication in pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS） from January 2015 to June 2016 were counted and analyzed.The correct intervention plan and the physician′s feedback data after interventing were collected to observe the influence of audit intravenous medication on rationality of drug use.The dispensed time for nurse was counted to observe its influence on nursing time.The volume of drug storage in clinical was counted to observe its influence on drug management.Results The results showed that there were 994 208 audit intravenous medication orders,the unreasonable doctor were 2585（0.26%）,which amended unreasonable doctor were 2204,clinical correction rate was 85.26%.The dispense time of nurse was significantly reduced,the nursing time was increased and the quality of nursing was improved.The management of drug was more standardized with the reduction of the kind and quantity of intravenous medication,and the safety of medication was improved.Conclusion Intravenous drug allocation plays an important role in promoting rational drug use.
