小儿过敏性紫癜的观察及临床护理方式研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的临床护理方式及其护理效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月我院收治的小儿过敏性紫癜患者200例,并分为两组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施针对性护理干预,比较两组患者腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间、住院时间,并对两组患者家长的焦虑评分、疾病不确定感评分、护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);实施护理干预后,观察组患者家长的焦虑评分、疾病不确定感评分均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),且与干预后对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿过敏性紫癜患者实施有针对性的护理干预,不仅能够起到促使临床症状缓解的作用,还能对患者家长的心理状态、护理满意程度起到改善作用。Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and nursing effect on pediatric allergic purpura.Methods200 patients with pediatric allergic purpura were admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,they were selected and evenly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.In control group was applied regular nursing intervention,while in observation group were adopted targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The abdominal remission time,disappearing time of rash,and hospital stay were compared in both groups.Besides,the parents′anxiety score,disease uncertainty score,and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups.Results The abdominal remission time,disappearing time of rash,and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）.After nursing intervention,the anxiety score and disease uncertainty score of observation group were lower than before intervention（P〈0.05）,and shorter than that of control group after intervention,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group much higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of targeted intervention in pediatric patients with allergic purpura not only promotes remission of clinical symptoms, but also improves parents′ mental state as well as nursing satisfaction.
