葡萄糖酸锌在改善腹泻患儿炎症状态及近期疗效中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖酸锌在改善腹泻患儿炎症状态及近期疗效中的应用。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年10月本院确诊治疗的腹泻患儿40例,依据随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,对照组患儿给予临床常规治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上给予口服葡萄糖酸锌片治疗(10 mg/kg,2次/d,持续1个月),统计分析两组患儿临床症状(腹泻、呕吐、发热)消退时间和治疗效果,以及采用酶联免疫吸附法检测治疗前后患儿血清中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿止泻、止吐、退热时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血清中IL-1表达水平明显高于对照组,血清中IL-12表达水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组不良反应发生率基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌治疗可有效缓解腹泻患儿的临床症状,提高近期疗效,改善机体炎症状态,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective：To discuss the application of Zinc Gluconate in improving the inflammation state and the recent curative effect of infantile diarrhea.Method：A total of 40 children with infantile diarrhea were selected from January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital.According to the random distribution,all children were divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group,the control group received conventional treatment,on the basis of the control group the observation group received oral Zinc Gluconate （10 mg/kg,2 times/d,for 1 months）,children with clinical symptoms,diarrhea,vomiting,fever subsided time and treatment effect,and before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method with serum interleukin 1（IL-1）,interleukin 12（IL-12） level and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed.Result：The antidiarrheal, anti-nausea,antifebrile time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment serum IL-1 expression levels of the observation groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,serum IL-12 expression level was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were basically the same,there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Zinc Gluconate can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of infantile diarrhea,improve the recent curative effect of infantile diarrhea and body＆#39;s inflammatory state,and has good security,it’s worth of further clinical promotion.
